The website will showcase how capacity building (of knowledge, skills and attitudes) of individuals in organisations is but one prerequisite of planned organisational development. Beyond this, to remain sustainable, organistions have also to respond to the changing environment by looking within. This focus on human resource and institutional development is vital for building responsive institutions in the development sector.
